Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of lobobiolabs.com and your purchase of materials from Lobo Bio Labs LLC (“Lobo Bio Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use this site. 

1. Eligibility 

You may use this site and purchase from us only if: 

• You are at least 21 years of age. 
•  You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. 
•  You are purchasing for in vitro laboratory research, as set out in our Research Use Only policy which forms part of these Terms. 

We verify age and research intent before granting access to the catalogue and again at checkout. Providing false information in either place is a breach of these Terms. 

2. Accounts 

An account is required to place an order. We do not offer guest checkout. 

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@lobobiolabs.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 

We may refuse to create, suspend, or close an account at our discretion, including where we believe the account has been used in breach of these Terms. 

3. Products and documentation 

Product listings describe the composition, physical form, and analytical characterisation of the material supplied. Purity figures shown refer to the lot identified on the listing and correspond to the certificate published for that lot. 

We do not guarantee that any material is suitable for a particular experiment, protocol, or application. Determining suitability is your responsibility. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for all listed products. These are both searchable by lot number on the website itself and linked through individual product pages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine if the products are suitable for their research based on the available documents. 

4. Orders and acceptance 

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which occurs when we dispatch the materials. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. 

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• Materials are unavailable or a lot has sold through 
•  We identify an error in pricing or product information 
• We are unable to verify your identity, age, or research purpose 
• We believe the order may relate to a use prohibited under our Research Use Only policy Supplying the order would breach any law or regulation applicable to us 

If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full. 

5. Pricing and payment 

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place it. 

Payment is taken at checkout. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. 

If a listing shows a materially incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price. 

6. Title and risk 

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for how we handle loss and damage in transit. 

7. Permitted and prohibited use 

You must not: 

• Administer, or supply to any person who intends to administer, our materials to humans or animals 
• Resell, repackage, or redistribute our materials for human or veterinary consumption 
• Misrepresent our materials, our documentation, or our statements about them 
•  Use this site to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation 
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content, product data, or certificates for commercial purposes without written permission 

 8. Intellectual property 

The content of this site — text, layout, images, logos, product data, and certificates — belongs to Lobo Bio Labs or its licensors. You may view and print it for your own internal reference. Any other use requires our written permission. 

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and the materials are provided “as is”. We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. 

10. Limitation of liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lobo Bio Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of this site or the materials. 

Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. 

11. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lobo Bio Labs, its members, officers, and employees from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the materials, or any misrepresentation you make in connection with a purchase. 

12. Governing law and disputes 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction. 

13. Changes 

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above shows when. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. 

14. Severability 

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. 15. Contact
